Without a full understanding of what may be very legitimate concerns of the workers at COTS, and acknowledging that a majority of this town probably believes in a right to form a union and progressive social justice, I can't help but be disturbed by the antagonistic approach taken by the folks who maintain they just want more of a say in how the organization is run.
