GLENS FALLS -- About 10 AARP members dressed in red T-shirts visited the Glens Falls office of U.S. Rep. Chris Gibson, R-Kinderhook, on Monday to present petitions urging Congress not to cut Social Security and Medicare benefits as part of any plan to reduce the nation's deficit.
