Blue Cross Expanding in North Phoenix (KTAR 92.3 Phoenix)
The state's largest health insurance provider is expanding its Phoenix headquarters. Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona paid close to $6 million for 13 acres of vacant land near its corporate headquarters in north Phoenix.
