Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas announced today that G. Brint Ryan, CEO and Managing Principal of Ryan, LLC, has been elected to its board. The board's function is to advise the company about local business activities, health care developments, community relations opportunities and community priorities in Texas.

County chooses Blue Cross over Wells Fargo
The Monroe County Commission gave the go-ahead Wednesday to negotiate with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida to administer the county's multimillion-dollar self-insurance health program.
