Blue Cross rate request considered
A state regulatory agency decided to give Blue Cross Blue Shield New Mexico another chance to make its case for a nearly 10 percent rate hike for 27,000 policyholders.

Blue Cross asks for shorter review process for raising rates
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan officials told the Senate Insurance Committee Tuesday it wants to be able to raise rates under a 30- or 60-day review process instead of the current process that can take months to years.
