Company files suit against Blue Cross (Times Leader)
WILKES-BARRE Employees at a specialty pharmacy that provides home care and treatment for people with bleeding disorders filed suit Thursday against their contracted insurance provider, Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania.
