Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania employees donated 1 10 cell phones to the Luzerne County Domestic Violence Service Center. The phones will be reprogrammed and given to clients in case they encounter emergency situations. Blue Cross Caring Corps coordinated the effort.
