Independence Blue Cross Names Stephen P. Fera Senior Vice President of Public Affairs
PHILADELPHIA -- Independence Blue Cross has promoted Stephen P. Fera to the newly created position of senior vice president of public affairs. Fera had served as vice president of government programs.
