Lake Forest Hospital said Tuesday it has signed a new multi-year contract with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois. The reimbursement contract is effective through 2010 and includes all inpatient care, outpatient services, skilled nursing care and home-care services provided by Lake Forest Hospital. The hospital began its medical insurance relationship with Blue Cross in 1957.
