The Federal Trade Commission announced that Caremark Corp. agreed to pay $5 million to settle a complaint that it misinformed seniors about the price of certain Medicare Part D prescription drugs sold through CVS and Walgreens pharmacies.

CVS Caremark Takes Over Medicare Unit
CVS Caremark is set to buy a Medicare prescription drug unit from Health Net Inc., Health Net announced Monday. According to the Associated Press, the Medicare Part D stand-alone business will go to CVS Caremark for $160 million.
