Senior citizens who fail to enroll in the government's Medicare Part D program by May 15 will feel the pain, so the Bayonne Office On Aging is arranging for senior health care experts to explain what can happen at a free seminar tomorrow at 1 p.m. at the Senior Center, 56th Street and Avenue B.
