I woke up this morning hearing the radio announcer say that this is "donut hole day" for seniors all over the country. He then went on to say that the "donut hole" is part of the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) when seniors must pay the full cost of their prescriptions, as well as their PDP premiums.
