Medicare meetings set for Norfolk, Mathews (Daily Press)
Rep. Jo Ann Davis and Rep. Robert C. "Bobby" Scott will appear Tuesday at two separate meetings for seniors and caregivers about Medicare's prescription drug benefit, known as "Part D."
