Seniors who chose a Medicare Part D option that isn't right for them, now have the opportunity to switch. Representative Ron Kind says Medicare Part D, with nearly 60 plans to chose from, was met with a lot of confusion by seniors.

Medicare-eligible individuals have less than two weeks to meet several Medicare deadlines. Eligible individuals have until Dec. 31 to add or drop drug coverage from a Medicare Advantage plan, or to switch, join or drop a standalone Medicare drug plan (known as Medicare Part D).
