NEW YORK, N.Y. -- Minnesotans will have more Medicare drug-plan choices -- not fewer, as expected -- when enrollment in 2007 plans begins on Nov. 15, federal officials announced Friday. Next year there will be 53 competing Medicare Part D plans, up from 42 this year. Four existing plans will end, while 15 new ones will be added to the list.
