Walker's budget would force many people on SeniorCare into federal program
Some of the people most clearly affected by Gov. Scott Walker's proposed changes in Wisconsin's Medicaid program are those with a prescription drug plan unique to the state: SeniorCare. The changes would force many of them to use the federal Medicare Part D.

CVS says FTC OKs buyout of Universal American unit
CVS Caremark Corp. said Tuesday that federal antitrust regulators cleared its planned acquisition of insurer Universal American Corp.'s Medicare Part D prescription drug business.
