Mike Ramseier Named President of Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Colorado
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Colorado announced today that Mike Ramseier has been named president, effective Sept. 1. Ramseier replaces John Martie, who was appointed president of Anthem National Accounts earlier this year.
