New Medicaid office is opened in Newark (Union Leader)
NEWARK, NJ - Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo Jr. and New Jersey Human Service Commissioner James Davy recently participated in a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the opening of the county s Division of Welfare s new office of Medicaid Services, on the 10th floor, and its newly expanded office of special services, on the 5th floor, of 18 Rector St. in Newark.
