In the past few weeks The Business Journal sat down with the heads of the Triad's largest health care pro-viders: Tim Rice, CEO of Moses Cone Health System in Greensboro; Greg Beier, president of Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem; and, Len Preslar, CEO of N.C. Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem.

Pinckneyville does not need new hospital (Southern Illinoisan)
I wish to express my concern about building a new $18 million hospital in Pinckneyville to replace a wing built in 1965 and one built in 1976. The annual interest and principal cost for a 30-year loan at 5 percent would be $1,170,926, which must be paid by patient, health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or other governmental programs.

Edward Hospital seeks OK (The Herald News)
PLAINFIELD Edward Hospital & Health Services said Monday it will go back to state regulators in search of approval for its plans to build a hospital in Plainfield.
