Part D confusion persists (Times Leader)
At 76 years old, with no immediate family available to help her, Trucksville resident Vida Peck is dependent mostly on strangers to guide her through the fog of information regarding the newly implemented Medicare Part D prescription drug plan. She depends on Medicare s 1-800 phone line and senior citizens center meetings for information, and so far she s up to her eyeballs in frustration.
