St. Paul, Minn. -- Retired furniture store owner Don Brock quit buying prescription drugs from Canada this year, now that he's signed up for the new federal Medicare drug benefit.

By OLGA PIERCE Slightly less than half of seniors have enrolled or plan to enroll in the Medicare Part D prescription drug benefit, and those who have are increasingly dissatisfied, according to a poll released Friday.
