Income tax assistance is available to elderly and low-income Swansea residents from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Swansea Council on Aging, 458 Ocean Grove Ave.. Appointments are required and can be made by calling the Swansea Council on Aging at 508/676-1831.
