When drug plans don't communicate, insured can be left in the lurch (Miami Herald)
Q. My mother, 89 and a Medicare recipient, applied in December to change her insurance provider to AARP, and elected to receive her Medicare Part D prescription drugs through AdvantraRx. The new plans were to take effect on Jan. 1, 2009.
